Job Description
We are seeking an experienced developer whose expertise is in Java primarily working on Server Side components. They will work on design and implementing features for Credit eTrading order management and market connectivity layers. This will include build out of bond quoting from an Algo Engine, enhancements to Bonds Auto Negotiation engine, the build out of an internal RFQ workflow between sales and trading and market connectivity.The qualified applicant should possess experience with producing clean, high performance, scalable and testable applications, while demonstrating a great sense of design and attention to detail.

Java Developer - FIX Connectivity Front Office etrading - Investment Bank
Experience with Java 8.0+
FIX Market Connectivity
Must have experience with multi-threading programming
Experience with asynchronous and event driven programming
Experience developing Real Time applications
Familiar with building distributed systems
Knowledge of networks and topologies
Firm grounding of common algorithms
Familiar working with Linux environments
Familiar with Oracle/SQL Server
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proactive team player with a can-do attitude
Excellent analytical problem solver
Attention to detail and thoroughness a must
Ability to design and implement unit tests and integrate into automated build process
End-to-end ownership - ensure the code that you write is carried through to production
Background, Skills & Experience

A working knowledge of Fixed Income instruments including Credit Default Swaps
Knowledge of [ION] third party market data connectivity API
