Job Description
Lead Product Designer is required by hugely buoyant digital division of insuretech organisation based in the City of London. This role will see you deliver fresh and impactful UX/UI design for the Group’s multiple brands. You will join a growing team of design and tech-focussed individuals looking to challenge the status quo of the insurance industry.
Responsibilities

- Design/prototype/wireframing of applications from start to finish, both web and mobile
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
- Pitch to and wow clients
- Participation and contribution to workshop sessions
- Contribute to the further development of the UX design process
- Excel at working directly with clients to ideate and deliver stunning designs
- Follow trends, but most importantly, know when to use them.
Background, Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience in a Product/UX/UI design capacity in a senior/lead role
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist more junior staff in realising their potential and the standard of work
- Experienced in working to tight deadlines and able to adjust to changing demands at short notice on multiple projects.
